Venture Agreement.

This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between Eventro.lk (the "Platform") and any individual or entity using the site as an Event Service Provider ("Eventer") or an Event Seeker ("Buyer"). By accessing or using Eventro.lk, you signify your agreement to these terms.

1. Scope of Service

Eventro.lk provides a digital networking space. We act solely as a bridge to facilitate communication and lead generation between Eventers and Buyers. Eventro.lk is not a party to any contract, verbal or written, entered into between users of the site.

2. Corporate Right to Modify

Eventro.lk reserves the exclusive right to amend, update, or modify any part of this Agreement or the Platform's services at any time, based on corporate decisions, legal requirements, or business evolution.

• Such changes will become effective immediately upon being posted on this page.
• While we may notify users of significant updates via email or platform announcements, it remains the responsibility of the user to review this Agreement periodically.
• Continued use of the platform after any modifications constitutes your full acceptance of the revised terms.

3. Content Moderation & User Conduct

To maintain a safe and professional community:

• Users are strictly prohibited from uploading content containing Nudity, Sexual Material, Extreme Violence, or Hate Speech.
• We utilize AI-driven and manual moderation tools to monitor all uploaded media and text.
• Eventro.lk reserves the right to remove any listing or terminate any account without prior notice if these safety standards are violated.

4. No Financial Liability

• Third-Party Transactions: Eventro.lk does not process payments, subscriptions, or facilitate financial transactions. All payments occur externally and directly between the Buyer and the Eventer.
• No Disputes: Eventro.lk shall not be held liable for any financial losses, scams, non-delivery of services, or breach of contract by any user.
• No Commission: Currently, we do not charge a commission for connections. If this model changes due to future corporate decisions, users will be notified accordingly.

5. Data & Privacy

By using this platform, you also agree to our Privacy Protocol, which governs how we handle your contact information to facilitate connections between parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Eventro.lk, its owners, or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the site or any interactions (online or offline) with other users.

7. User Responsibility

Users are encouraged to perform their own due diligence before entering into external agreements or making payments. Eventro.lk does not endorse or guarantee the quality of any service provider listed on the platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for any user who violates these terms or engages in conduct that we, at our sole discretion, deem harmful to the platform’s integrity or other users.
